Registered Office & Company Documents
Every Romanian company must have a registered office — an address in Romania, declared to the Trade Register, with documents proving the company’s right to use it. It is where official correspondence is sent, including from the tax authority.
If you are setting up from abroad and do not yet have premises here, this is usually the first practical obstacle. We provide a registered office address in Bucharest, with the documentation the Trade Register requires.

What a registered office is not
A registered office is a legal address, not an operating one. It does not by itself give you a place to work from, and it is not a substitute for having genuine activity in Romania. It also does not remove the obligation to declare secondary premises where you actually carry out business.
Be aware, too, that the address is public: it appears in the Trade Register and on your invoices.
